Great White Limo LLC – Customer Rules & Policies

This document outlines Great White Limo LLC’s customer rules and policies. By booking services or riding in a Great White Limo vehicle, the customer and all passengers agree to comply with the policies listed below.


A) Passenger Rules & Vehicle Conduct Policy


To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable ride for all passengers, all guests must follow the rules below. These standards are common throughout the limo and party bus industry and help us maintain a professional experience for every client.


1) No Glass Bottles or Glass Containers


For safety reasons, glass bottles, glass cups, and glass containers are not permitted on any Great White Limo vehicle.


  • This includes beer bottles, liquor bottles, champagne bottles, and glass drinkware.
  • If glass is brought onboard, the driver may request it be removed before departure.
  • No exceptions due to the risk of broken glass and passenger injury.


2) Cleanliness & Respect for the Vehicle


All passengers must treat the vehicle with care and respect.


  • Do not damage seats, flooring, lighting, doors, windows, or electronics.
  • Do not write on, scratch, or deface any interior or exterior surfaces.
  • Excessive trash or unsafe behavior may result in early trip termination without refund, at the driver’s discretion for safety.


3) Biohazard / Vomit / Excessive Mess Fee — $400 Minimum


Any passenger that creates a biohazard or severe mess will be charged a minimum cleaning and sanitation fee of $400.


This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Vomit
  • Urine or feces
  • Blood or other bodily fluids
  • Excessive spills requiring deep cleaning
  • Food or drink contamination beyond normal cleaning


Important note: Our vehicles include trash cans and cleaning accommodations to help passengers prevent or manage sickness. If a passenger becomes ill, we strongly encourage notifying the driver immediately.


This fee covers professional deep cleaning and sanitation, driver downtime, vehicle out-of-service time, and odor removal/disinfecting procedures. Additional charges may apply if damage is severe or requires professional repair beyond cleaning.


4) Trash Disposal Requirement


We provide trash cans onboard for convenience and cleanliness.


  • All guests must place trash in the trash bins provided.
  • Customers may be charged an additional cleaning fee if trash is left throughout the vehicle.


5) Safety Authority of the Driver


The driver has full authority to ensure passenger safety and vehicle protection. Great White Limo reserves the right to refuse service, request passenger removal, or end the ride early if rules are violated or conditions are unsafe. No refunds will be provided if a trip is ended early due to passenger misconduct.


6) Scheduled End Time Requirement (No Free Extra Time)


When booking your ride, you must understand that the end time you select is the time you should be back at your final destination, no later. Additional time beyond the scheduled end time is not included unless approved and paid for in advance or billed as overtime.


B) Inclement Weather Policy (Refund or Reschedule Options)


At Great White Limo LLC, your safety is our top priority. We understand that severe weather can disrupt travel plans and special events, so we offer flexible options to protect your booking and provide peace of mind.


1) What Qualifies as “Inclement Weather”


Inclement weather may include, but is not limited to:


  • Ice storms / freezing rain
  • Heavy snow and hazardous road conditions
  • Flooding
  • Tornado warnings or severe storms
  • Any weather-related road closures or dangerous travel advisories


Great White Limo LLC will evaluate conditions using trusted sources such as local weather services, roadway updates, and safety advisories.


2) Your Options if Weather Impacts Your Reservation


If weather conditions make travel unsafe or significantly impact your ability to safely complete your trip, you may choose one of the following options:


Option A — Full Refund:

You may request a 100% full refund of all payments made toward the reservation.


Option B — Reschedule at No Penalty:

You may reschedule your trip to a new date and time of your choosing, based on availability, with no rescheduling fee and no penalty. Your credit can remain on file for a future trip.


3) Rescheduling Availability


Rescheduled bookings are based on vehicle and driver availability. Great White Limo will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred date/time.


If your first choice is unavailable, we will provide alternative time slots and date options.


4) How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

5) Safety Comes First


Great White Limo LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel service if weather conditions are deemed unsafe for passenger travel, drivers, or vehicles.


If we determine the trip cannot be safely completed, we will immediately offer the customer the same two options: full refund or reschedule at no penalty.


6) Customer Commitment


We value every customer and every booking. This policy is designed to ensure you can book with confidence, knowing that if weather disrupts your plans, you will not lose your money and will still have the opportunity to celebrate your event safely.
