• Contact information: full name, telephone number, email address, mailing or billing address, and communication preferences.
• Reservation and trip information: requested vehicle, passenger count, service date, pickup and return times, pickup and drop-off locations, stops, destination, instructions or accommodations, promotional codes, notes, and contract or reservation references.
• Limited payment and transaction information: amount, date and time, payment status, processor reference, payment method or card brand, last four digits, invoice, deposit and balance details, refunds, and disputes. We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking credentials in our website or reservation database.
• Communications: emails, text messages, call notes or recordings where permitted by law, inquiries, complaints, refund or change requests, and information submitted through forms.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, date and time, referring page, cookies or analytics data, and security logs.
  

Credit-card, debit-card, and eligible bank payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Square, Wave, or the processor identified on the invoice or checkout page. When a hosted checkout or invoice is used, payment details are submitted directly to the processor. Great White Limo LLC generally receives only transaction confirmation, status, a processor reference, and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits. We do not receive or store card security codes.

Do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or online-banking credentials by email, text message, contact form, or reservation notes.

• Prepare estimates, check availability, create reservations and contracts, and provide transportation services.
• Issue invoices, process payments and refunds, manage deposits and balances, and respond to chargebacks or disputes.
• Communicate about confirmations, reminders, driver assignments, trip details, changes, cancellations, support, and emergencies.
• Provide drivers with the trip information reasonably necessary to perform the service.
• Enforce reservation, cancellation, safety, damage, cleaning, and payment policies.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, theft, unlawful conduct, and security incidents.
• Maintain accounting, tax, insurance, legal, and regulatory records.

Drivers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the trip, such as the customer's name, telephone number when needed, service date and times, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, vehicle assignment, stops, and driver-relevant instructions. Drivers do not receive complete payment-card information.

Great White Limo LLC does not sell or rent personal information. We may share information, as reasonably necessary, with:

• Payment processors and financial-service providers.
• Website hosting, reservation, database, cloud-storage, security, and application providers.
• Email, telephone, and text-message service providers.
• Accounting, invoicing, insurance, legal, and professional advisers.
• Drivers and authorized personnel who need information to provide service.

We seek to disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the service or purpose. Third-party providers handle information under their own agreements, privacy notices, and legal obligations.

Booking, contract, invoice, and payment records may generally be retained for up to seven years when needed for those purposes. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, unless retention is permitted or required by law.

These may include HTTPS encryption, restricted systems, password controls, limited access, reputable payment and cloud providers, monitoring, and software updates. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our website and booking services are intended for adults who can enter into a contract. We may provide transportation for events involving minors when a responsible adult books or authorizes the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
